Austock Life
Austock Life was established as a new life
insurance company in December 2002, and since then our balance
sheet growth has passed $110 million. This growth has been
principally driven by new investor inflows into the Imputation Bond
product.
Austock Life is a registered life insurance
company under the Life Insurance Act 1995. We also hold an
Australian Financial Services Licence (AFS Licence) under the
Corporations Act. This authorises us to be a dealer in “Investment
Life Insurance Products” and to provide general financial product
advice.

Our Objectives
We are an emerging financial products provider
with a business strategy to use our life office structure in the
design and manufacture of creative investment products.
Our objective is to become Australia’s leading
specialist issuer of insurance bond style Tax-Paid investments. We
want to provide our investors with a broad spectrum of investment
choices under tax-effective product platforms, so their personal
“after-tax” investment performance can be optimised.
