School Development Trusts

The School Development Trusts (SDT) are three separate open-ended, unlisted wholesale property trusts:

The three trusts formed are:

• Australian Education Development Trust (Casey), Victoria
• Austock Education Development Trust (Melton),Victoria
• Austock Education Development Trust (Penrith), New South Wales

The trusts are set up to acquire land and develop private schools in Australia in alliance with Independent Colleges Corporation Limited (ICC). ICC, through its subsidiaries acts as tenant and school operator of the developed school facilities. SDT invests in the development of educational infrastructure projects of between 2-3 years.

• The SDT is run by a manager with many years of development and construction experience who manages the design and construction process.
• Our objective is to invest in additional sites identified by our alliance partner, whilst ensuring our pre-requisite criteria is being met.
• We employ best-practice techniques to ensure you are exposed to a low level of volatility.
• We endeavour to ensure your investment maintains or exceeds real value.
• The business of the Fund is managed under the direction of an independent Board who ensure you are well represented.
