Api Fund

Api Fund (API) (ASX:APR) is a listed property trust on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) with $45 million of assets. API invests in listed and unlisted property and infrastructure securities and is geared towards Australian superannuation funds and private investors to invest in a geared portfolio of property and infrastructure funds, groups and companies that focus on investing in Australia.

The objective of the Fund is to invest in entities that have stable capital bases, robust recurring revenue streams and experienced management teams. Of particular interest are securities issued by trusts, groups and companies that primarily invest in Australia. API primarily bases its investment program on the ownership of listed securities.
